1. Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?

We have all the necessary tools to disassemble and reassemble your furniture in order to take it out/in your housing and prevent damage. Also, it might save space while loading moving van.

2. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as cash. 

3. Can someone come see my home to give me a quote?

Yes. We offer free in home visual estimates, or if you are more comfortable, a virtual visual estimate by video, just ask us and we’ll help schedule that for you free of charge.

4. Can I have you arrive at a specific time to start my move?

While we cannot arrive at a specific time, and need a small arrival window, we will work with you to suit your needs.

5. Can we make a stop to pick up or drop off items to my storage unit?

We are happy to add a stop to your move! Just add it on your user account and your salesperson will be notified, and your quote for labor time, and travel , will be updated so you can see how it will affect your move costs.

6. Can I have you deliver my items the following day?

Yes! We do offer overnight services for a nominal fee, please tell your Salesperson that you are interested, and we can help!

7. Can I ride in the moving truck with the moves to my new home?

No. We are a household goods moving company only, we are not allowed to transport people. If you don’t own a vehicle, or have a ride to your new home, please contact Uber or Lyft.

8. Can I buy packing materials from you before the move?

Unless you have hired us for full packing service where we bring all materials to your home the day of packing, we do not have a service to drop off materials to your home prior to your move. We recommend places like Home Depot, Lowes, and local Wholesale Packing Suppliers for materials.

9. Are your trucks temperature controlled?

No. However, we do recommend transporting your own wine, food, and live plants if they are going a long distance so that they are not affected.

10. What guidelines are you following for COVID?

Our employees are temperature and symptom checked before work each day, they wear masks and practice social distancing when possible.
